At Biqu Equipment, we stand behind the precision of our 3D printing technology and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team via the help portal with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and include all original accessories, manuals, and cables.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label to be attached to the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware to ensure it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
